Annual magazine and self empowerment platform. Cultivating self awareness, compassion and growth.

When one person changes for the better, the whole world follows suit. Itโ€™s a ripple effect. By bettering yourself, you are literally changing the world around you.

Our mission is to be the change we wish to see in the world. To have the conversations that others are afraid to have, to do the work that needs to be done and to provide safe and inclusive spaces; whether that be through our art or events, where people feel free to express their authentic truths.

Check out our beautiful community magazines and our most recent online course. Our magazines come out annually and feature art, poetry and photography submissions from people all around the UK. They are an exploration into complex and deep themes such as purpose, love, identity and authenticity. Our brand new online course was inspired by our beloved FFG workshops, which are all focused on self development and empowerment, using techniques such as journaling, EFT and meditation.

โ€œShe insists with passion and urgency to bring voices from the margins, (including centrally her own - the real force for change), into the light. Khaya has created a unique platform for young women. She reaches out into the world with clarity and honesty. I have been left stunned by insights of experience she offers us as readers. She does that rare thing as an artist; sharing intimacy to make humanitarian revolution. She offers hope every step of the way with her work.โ€
